Shipping & Returns
The Unseen uses Sendle and Australia Post to ship our garments throughout Australia and DHL when shipping internationally. We always endeavour to ship within 24-72 hours from the date of your order being placed. If your order is placed on a public holiday or weekend it will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
FREE for orders over $100
$9 AUD for orders under $100 AUD
$12 AUD for Express Post deliveries
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100. Shipping for orders below $100 is a flat rate of $9, or $12 for Express post deliveries. Deliveries throughout Australia are made by Australia Post or Sendle, and can arrive within 1-7 business days from your date of order (not including weekends or public holidays).

$25 AUD for orders under $200 AUD
We gladly offer free global shipping on all orders over $200 AUD, however, orders below $200 AUD is a flat rate of $25 AUD shipping fee. We deliver internationally using DHL International which offers tracked delivery of your order, with signature on arrival. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been processed and dispatched. Your parcel can arrive within 5- 20 business days depending on your location, however, you can usually expect approximately 7 business days from dispatch.
Please note international deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. We recommend utilising your daytime address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery as attempts for re-delivery will result in additional fees.
International Duties & Taxes:
International orders may incur a customs or import duty fee. In the case of this, our international customers are responsible for any additional costs associated with taxes and duties. As each country is different, we cannot predict what those charges may be. These costs are determined by your local customs office and are charged after your parcel reaches its destination country. Please also note that we cannot make changes to your invoice to reflect a lower item value.
The Unseen does not hold responsibility for any damaged, lost or stolen parcels or any import duties, customs or taxes placed by the country you are shipping to.
Once your order is dispatched and we provide you with the tracking number, your parcel is under the care of the shipping provider. If there are issues with your delivery, you will need to contact the shipping provider directly and supply your tracking number.
Refunds, Exchanges & Credit Notes
Please note we DO NOT offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty.
We are more than happy to exchange the style, size or colour of any bra providing the item is in its original condition with tags attached, is unworn and with no visible signs of wear or damage. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow our returns procedure below. We are also more than happy to exchange your bra for a credit note upon request.
We recommend that bras are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return the item to us within 14 days from the date of your purchase.
By law, we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear briefs for hygienic reasons, unless the garment is deemed faulty. In the case of a faulty garment, we will ensure you receive a replacement, with all shipping charges at our expense.
Returns are accepted for exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We can only exchange on bras. By law we are unable to exchange underwear briefs for hygienic reasons. Please note return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and are not refundable. We will, however, cover the cost of resending the exchanged item to you, for orders within Australia only.
Please follow our returns procedure if:
- Your garment is faulty.
- You wish to exchange the bra for a different size, colour or style
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging.
Once the item has been received, it will undergo a quality review and upon clearance, we will send out your new item to the address you supply to us.

- The size, colour and style you wish to exchange for
- The address your new item is to be sent to
Once we have confirmed your return, we will issue you with our return address details.
